SHG is a 3-storey, premium strength facility featuring over 120 state-of-the-art, old-school strength machines. We offer 1:1 personal training, small group personal training, and strength classes to help you reach your goals.
Our Recovery Centre is fully equipped with ice baths, an infrared sauna, traditional saunas, a hot spa, and compression boots—everything you need to recover and perform at your best.
Exciting things are coming to SHG, including a nutrition bar and supplement store. Watch this space!
